If You Email or Use the Contact Form: We'll reply as quickly as possible, usually within the hour during working hours. If you need a quote for restoration work, we'll point you to our Request a Quote page where you can upload photos.
If You Call: We'll discuss your questions over the phone. If you're asking about restoration work, we can give you a rough idea of what's involved and follow up with a written quote once you send photos.
If You Visit: Bring your item and we can assess it in person. We'll explain what work is needed, give you a quote on the spot, and you can decide whether to leave it with us or take it away to think about it.

Sending Items to Us by Post
Many customers send items to us from across the UK. If you're not local, posting your items is safe and straightforward.

How to Send Safely: Wrap items in bubble wrap or cloth, use a sturdy box with padding, include your contact details inside, and send tracked and insured (Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier). We'll confirm by email as soon as it arrives.
