All sales are final. Once work has been completed, we do not offer refunds.

However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us immediately. We are committed to addressing any legitimate concerns and will rectify any issues with our workmanship at no additional charge.

CANCELLATIONS BEFORE WORK BEGINS:

You may cancel your order before we begin work on your item. If you have paid a deposit, it will be refunded in full (minus any bank transfer fees if applicable).

CANCELLATIONS AFTER WORK BEGINS:

Once work has commenced, cancellations are not accepted. You are obligated to complete the transaction and pay for the work performed.

If you wish to discontinue work partway through, you must still pay for all work completed up to that point.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

For large church projects or valuable items in the London area, we may be able to arrange personal delivery. Please contact us to discuss delivery options and any associated fees.

11. WARRANTY

NO EXPRESS WARRANTY:

Our work is provided "as is" without express warranty. We do not guarantee that plating will last for any specific period of time, as longevity depends on many factors beyond our control, including:
• How the item is used
• Environmental conditions (humidity, chemicals, salt air, etc.)
• Frequency of use
• Care and maintenance by the owner

WORKMANSHIP COMMITMENT:

While we do not provide a formal warranty, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If our work fails due to a defect in our plating process (not due to wear, damage, or misuse), we will discuss remedies with you on a case-by-case basis.

NOT COVERED:

The following are not covered and are the customer's responsibility:
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, or improper care
• Items dropped, scratched, or damaged after collection
• Tarnishing or patina development (normal for some metals)
• Damage from harsh chemicals, cleaning products, or environmental factors

PLATING LONGEVITY:

With proper care, metal plating can last 5-10+ years. However, all plating will eventually wear depending on use and environmental factors. This is normal and not a defect in workmanship.

12. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING

BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOGRAPHS:

We may take photographs of items before and after plating or restoration for:
• Quality control and documentation
• Use in our marketing materials, website, and social media
• Showcasing our craftsmanship to potential customers

CONSENT:

By using our services, you consent to our use of photographs of your items for marketing purposes. We will not include your name or identifying information unless you specifically request us to do so.

RIGHT TO REQUEST REMOVAL:

You have the right to request removal of photographs of your items from our marketing materials at any time. Please contact us and we will remove them promptly.

For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

13. REPAIRS AND RESTORATION

FEASIBILITY ASSESSMENT:

Not all items can be successfully repaired or restored. We will assess each item and provide our professional opinion on what is achievable.

If we determine that repair is not feasible or advisable, we will inform you and, where possible, refer you to specialist partners who may be able to help.

LIMITATIONS:

Some repairs may not be possible due to:
• Extent of damage
• Condition of the base metal
• Availability of replacement parts
• Technical limitations of our processes

NO GUARANTEE OF STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY:

Where we perform repairs as part of our service, these are cosmetic repairs to facilitate plating. We do not guarantee the structural integrity of repaired items, particularly items subject to stress or functional use.

For items requiring structural repairs (such as handles, hinges, or load-bearing components), we recommend consulting a specialist metalworker before plating.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
